Lex is a Global Associate Creative Director at Our LEGO Agency at The LEGO Group, where she led the LEGO campaign ‘She Built That’ for Girls, and now creates culturally resonant work with LEGO Masterbrand.
With 15 years of experience in Europe and Asia, including leadership roles at Leo Burnett, Dentsu Creative, and The Barn at Arla, her body of work has been recognized on the world’s biggest creative stages. She led global and regional campaigns for Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Lurpak, Starbucks, WWF, Unilever, P&G, and Nestlé, to name a few.
Lex has also served as a juror for Cannes Lions SIBI, One Show, Dubai Lynx, Gerety Awards, ADC, The Drum, MAD Stars, and the ANDY Awards, while mentoring the next generation through D&AD New Blood. A former Cannes Lions See It Be It leader, her career reflects both creative excellence and a deep commitment to building a more inclusive industry.
Lex enjoys the Danish concept of hygge, especially because the weather outside is often too cold for her.
